ClassesGroup Classes - generally a mat class which uses no specialised Pilates equipment although Susanne incorporates small items of equipment (like elastic bands and soft ball) to create variety and increase the impact of the exercise. Participants follow the same routine although Susanne always gives close attention to individual needs of class members. Classes for beginners, improvers, intermediate and advanced are available. All classes have a maximum of 12 people.
Taster sessions are run from time- to- time and provide a good introduction to anyone new to Pilates before they join an established class.
Private Sessions. If you prefer to have a programme specifically tailored to suit your particular needs, private sessions provide 1 to1 supervision. Perhaps you have a specific goal or special occasion that you want to prepare for, or a medical condition where you would feel more confident having the attention a 1 to 1 can provide.
Private sessions also provide a route to joining existing classes, where a new beginners' introductory class is not currently available.
